I’ve been trying to have a lucid dream since the beginning of the summer.
One way to trigger a lucid dream is to, in your waking life, stop every once in a while and evaluate your surroundings. In theory, if you do this enough while you’re awake, you’ll start doing it in your dreams, realize you’re dreaming and take control of your environment.
